Returns & Refunds
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 30-day period in which you have the right to request a refund by returning your purchase. If 30 days have gone since you bought your product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We will deduct a return fee of 20 Euros from your return to cover a portion of the return shipping cost. If you do not want to pay the return fee, you are also able to cover your own return shipping. Read more in “Choosing your own return carrier”.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com where further instructions will be given.
Conditions for Return
- The products must be returned in a state not beyond what is necessary to check/test the type and properties of the product.
- We ask that items are returned clean, with its original packaging.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is safely secured and that the product is appropriately packaged during shipping.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing delivery of your order unless you have informed us at the same time through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Choosing your own return carrier
You as a consumer are allowed to choose your own return carrier. However, this means that you will need to cover the full cost of returning the item and are also liable for any damage that can happen during transport of the item. We ask that you reach out to email@example.com in order to request for this.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is considered reduced, and beyond the norm of testing the product for it’s type, properties and functions, then a partial refund can be considered by support staff. The amount that will be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Void of return and exchanges
Please note that all modifications, incorrect usage or opening of the product without authorization will void the possibility of return and exchange of the product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
